Job description:

• Support the Sales teams with day-to-day product requirements and retail prices.
• Work closely with the Specifications team to assist in their requirements and identify customer needs and new trends.
• Identify opportunities or gaps in the existing product offer and research new products and suppliers in line with market trends and customer needs.
• Propose new product as well as product exit plans.
• Lead the presentation of new products and brands to the Marketing and Merchandising department and the Sales and Specification teams.
• Work closely with suppliers to obtain market sales intel and new product pipelines.
• Conduct technical evaluation on new products.
• Work in collaboration with Certifications team to ensure the products are in line with local regulations.
• Sense Check all new product data before & after website upload.
• Support technical and post-sales team.
• Ensure technical cases are effectively closed in reasonable timing by getting the support from the brand and achieving client satisfaction.
