Description
Prepare the perfect roasted vegetables and meat in the Historia Decor Roasting Pan With Lid by Ruffoni and serve them at the dinner table in style. Ideal for prepping meals to share, this handcrafted copper roasting pan is traditionally finished with riveted hand-cast brass handles and is also ideal for cooking large joints of meat. The unique hammering process increases the strength of the metal, while a hand tin lining process stays true to its artisan craftsmanship.

Use & Care
- For electric/gas hobs only, not compatible with induction cooktops
- Oven safe. Do not exceed 220°C
- To protect the tin lining and copper from damage, do not heat the pan empty or at temperatures above 220°C
- Use wood, plastic, or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the tin lining
- Allow the pan to cool before washing
- Hand wash; dry immediately with a soft cloth
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, or harsh detergents to prevent scratching
- Copper will develop a rich patina over time. This will not affect the cooking performance of the pan. To keep the exterior looking new, use a copper polish or a combination of lemon and salt with a soft sponge or cloth
